Can I receive a discount on my existing PlayStation Plus Subscription?

Retroactive credits are not available for previous purchases. What date range qualifies as my $3,000 annual spend timeframe to receive 50% off PlayStation Plus?

The annual spend timeframe starts on your anniversary date.  For new PlayStation cardholders, that is the date your account is approved.

For existing PlayStation cardholders switching to the new PlayStation Card benefits, that is the date your change request is completed

Will I still get the statement credits if I've set up my subscriptions on auto-renew?

Yes, as long as your PlayStation Card information is saved as a method of payment on your PlayStation Network Account and you meet all the eligibility criteria for the statement credit.   Please see eligibility criteria.

How does auto-renew of PlayStation services work?

- When you purchase a subscription service, such as PlayStation Plus, auto-renew is automatically selected.
- If you have auto-renewal and your PlayStation Card information is saved as a method of payment on your PlayStation Network Account, your PlayStation Card will automatically be charged the PlayStation subscription services price before the subscription period expires.
- You can cancel the automatic renewal feature by going to your settings/account information and select on “cancel auto renew”.  PlayStation Plus benefits will still be accessible until end of paid subscription period. https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/explore/playstation-plus/how-to-renew/

Will PlayStation send a reminder notice for upcoming auto-renew transactions?

Yes, an email will be sent to the email address associated with the PlayStation Network Account to remind you that a subscription is to expire and will be auto renewed.

I have a PlayStation Card now. Do I get the same benefits as the new PlayStation Card?

Your existing benefits will not change. However, if you’d like to switch your card to receive the new PlayStation Card benefits, please call customer service using the number on the back of your card.
