THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES (“U.S.”) AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”), AND IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THOSE AREAS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND A CURRENT LEGAL RESIDENT OF ONE OF THOSE AREAS. THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND GOVERNED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE U.S.

1. Eligibility: The Sony Rewards Dream Prize Sweepstakes II (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C., who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older. If a registrant/entrant is 18 years of age or older but a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Employees of Sony Electronics Inc. (“Sponsor”), Chase Bank USA, N.A. (“Chase”), Klick Communications Inc., Sweepstakes administrator, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, design, printing, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent, subsidiary, and related companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”), members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Sweepstakes Description: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 11, 2008, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 14, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period). This Sweepstakes consists of eleven (11) monthly sweepstakes drawings and one (1) overall sweepstakes drawing. The online entry period for each monthly sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on the second Monday of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the immediately following Sunday (“Online Entry Period”). The overall sweepstakes drawing will be conducted from the monthly sweepstakes winners. Eastern Time shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes. Prospective participants who are not already Sony Rewards members are prompted to register for Sony Rewards located at www.sonyrewards.com (“Web Site”). Once registered, Sony Rewards members will have the opportunity to spin the wheel (described below) to determine the number of entries they have submitted in the current monthly sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter: TO ENTER, YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITH SONY REWARDS. IF YOU ARE ALREADY A SONY REWARDS MEMBER AS OF FEBRUARY 11, 2008 DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN. If you are already a Sony Rewards member, access the Web Site and log in with your current Username and Password. If you have a Sony Card, and have not already registered your Sony Card, you will be asked to provide your Sony Card Number, Billing Zip Code, and Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number. This information, if you choose to provide it, will be used to link your Sony Card information with your Sony Rewards information. Once you are logged into the Sony Rewards web site, click on the “Play Monthly Dream Prize” textlink under the Monthly Dream Prize tab to access the Monthly Dream Prize entry page (“Home Page”). To play the Sweepstakes and enter, follow the online instructions to designate how many Sony Rewards points you want (from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 1,000 Sony Rewards points per monthly sweepstakes) to use for the “spin the wheel” multiplier (Flash Player version 7 compatible browser required) to determine the number of entries you have submitted in the current monthly sweepstakes (provided such points were not previously designated by you in participating in another contemporaneous Sony Electronics sweepstakes). Then, follow the online instructions to spin the wheel to see what multiplier you land on. You must have Sony Rewards points and spin the wheel to enter online. The number of Sony Rewards points you designated will be multiplied by the multiplier (1 to 10) you landed on to determine the number of entries (possible maximum of 10,000 entries based on 1,000 Sony Rewards points with spinner landing on the 10 multiplier) you will have in the current monthly sweepstakes (“Reward Entries”). There is an equal chance of landing on multiplier 1 to 10. You can spin the wheel as many times as you wish for a given monthly sweepstakes but you cannot designate for use more than 1,000 Sony Rewards points, for a possible maximum of 10,000 entries, per monthly sweepstakes. Sony Rewards points used by a participant for a particular monthly sweepstakes will not be usable for other promotions unless such participant is determined not to be a winner for that monthly sweepstakes (see section 5). To be eligible for a particular monthly sweepstakes, Reward Entries must be received between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on the second Monday of that month and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the immediately following Sunday. If you are not a Sony Rewards member, as described above, register to become one by accessing the Web Site and then click on the Sign Up Now text link to access the Sony Rewards registration form. As part of the registration process, if you have a Sony Card, you can register it by providing your Sony Card Number, Billing Zip Code, and Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number. This information, if you choose to provide it, will be used to link your Sony Card information with your Sony Rewards information. Whether you have a Sony Card will NOT affect your ability to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. You must complete the following information on the registration form: First Name; Last Name; Address; City; State; Zip Code; E-mail Address; Gender; Date of Birth; and your choice of Username and Password (collectively, “Registration Information”). Once your registration has been completed you will then click on the Sony Rewards home page to access the Sweepstakes. There is no fee to register. All Registration Information must be completed in full. Each participant can only have one (1) Sony Rewards registration. Participants can only participate in the Sweepstakes under one (1) Username. Once a Username has been registered by a participant, that Username cannot be used by any other person for the Sweepstakes (or to register at Web Site). Only the participant registered under a particular Username may participate in the Sweepstakes. Once registered with Sony Rewards, follow the above instructions to enter this Sweepstakes. To enter without using your Sony Rewards points, legibly handprint your First Name, Last Name, Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, Zip, Phone Number (including area code), Email Address, Date of Birth, and your Sony Rewards Username on a standard sized postcard (no larger than 5” x 7”), enclosed in a postage-paid business size envelope (#10), and mail it to: Sony Rewards Dream Prize Sweepstakes Alternate Entry – Monthly Sweepstakes Month (specify which month you want to be entered), P.O. Box 6249, Burbank, CA 91510 (“Alternate Entry”). Limit one (1) Alternate Entry per person per monthly sweepstakes. In order to submit an Alternate Entry, you must already be a Sony Rewards member with a Sony Rewards Username. One (1) Alternate Entry per outer mailing envelope. Each eligible Alternate Entry is equivalent to 10,000 entries into the current designated monthly sweepstakes. To be eligible for a particular monthly sweepstakes, your Alternate Entry labeled with that particular monthly sweepstakes month must be received no later than the Monthly Drawing Day (as defined below) for that monthly sweepstakes. Please allow several days for mail delivery. YOU CAN ONLY ENTER A PARTICULAR MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES BY REWARDS ENTRY OR ALTERNATE ENTRY. YOU CANNOT USE BOTH METHODS OF ENTRY TO ENTER THE SAME MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES. PARTICIPANTS WHO ENTER A PARTICULAR MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES BY REWARDS ENTRY AND ALTERNATE ENTRY AS WELL AS THOSE PARTICIPANTS WHO SUBMIT MULTIPLE ENTRIES OF ANY KIND IN EXCESS OF THE LIMITS STATED HEREIN WILL BE DISQUALIFED FOR THAT MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES. Proof of delivery or receipt of Reward Entries and Alternate Entries (collectively, Sweepstakes Entries”) will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt (or entry). Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.

4. Prizes / Odds of Winning. Up to 11 Monthly Prizes (one (1) prize for each of the 11 monthly sweepstakes). Prize awarded for a given monthly sweepstakes will be posted on the Home Page during the entry period for that monthly sweepstakes, which is made a part of these Official Rules and incorporated herein by reference. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Monthly Prize: $10,000 to $25,000. Limit one (1) Monthly Prize per person/Username per calendar year. Odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries (eligible Rewards Entries received within the Online Entry Period and eligible Alternate Entries received by the Monthly Drawing Day) received for that monthly sweepstakes. Merchandise awarded subject to availability. If a Monthly Prize includes travel elements, all trips are subject to air/ground travel availability, hotel availability, and black-out dates and are subject to the specific terms and conditions set forth by travel prize suppliers and Sponsor. Air transportation may not be provided if a winner lives within 100 miles of the specified destination. Each trip must be completed within one (1) year from notification, unless otherwise stated. Once travel has been confirmed, any cancellation or change fees or restructuring of travel are the sole responsibility of the respective prize winner. For all trips including hotel accommodations, winner must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into room. If event/excursion tickets are provided, such tickets are subject to availability and may not be available on dates selected by winner. If meals are provided, alcohol is not included. If spending cash is provided for a trip, monies will be provided in U.S. dollars. If trip has a rental car component, winner and/or a guest (if applicable) must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, be 25 years of age or older, and have at least one major credit card in good standing. In the event winner or a trip travel guest does not have a valid U.S. driver’s license, is under 25 years of age, or does not have at least one major credit card in good standing, then any applicable rental car component of a prize will be forfeited, and remaining elements of trip shall constitute full satisfaction of said prize. If trip has a guest component, winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. Items not specifically mentioned as being included as part of a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner and his/her guest(s), if applicable, and may include, but are not limited to, ground transportation to and from airport, port tax, airport tax, travel tax, travel insurance, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, meals, alcoholic beverages, hotel incidentals, local and long distance telephone calls, gratuities, personal items, government fees, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. Age restrictions may apply on some travel packages. If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor or if a travel prize has an age restriction for such winner, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must make his/her own travel arrangements and pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be an allotted travel guest (provided that prize includes a guest component). If trip has a guest component and if a travel guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must make his/her own travel arrangements and pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the winner or an additional travel guest (if prize package includes more than one guest). Winner and guest(s) (if applicable) are solely responsible for providing all necessary identification documents and/or proof of citizenship and (if applicable) will be responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas. Failure to provide such documents may result in trip cancellation upon airport check-in. If a Monthly Prize includes a car, winner’s choice of vehicle color subject to the available inventory of the dealer designated to provide vehicle for such winner. In order to process and take possession of a vehicle prize, vehicle prize winner will be required to complete all of the documentation provided by the prize coordinators/suppliers and must present a valid government issued form of identification (e.g., driver's license) to take possession. Upon the successful completion of all such documents, vehicle will be available to the vehicle prize winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that considers him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) within one (1) month of such completion with an approximate overall fulfillment time of 150 days. If vehicle prize will be picked up by vehicle prize winner, such winner must personally retrieve vehicle at location determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion near vehicle prize winner's residence in the 50 states of the U.S. or D.C. and must do so within the time provided by prize supplier. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery due to vehicle availability (e.g., inventory shortages, model year change-over, dealer exchange, and need for vehicle to be built). Vehicle prize winner will be responsible for all taxes (including, but not limited to, federal, state, local and/or income), registration, license, additional options/upgrades, insurance, and all other expenses not listed here, but incurred in claiming, registering, and using the vehicle prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace any merchandise/service for a prize with a newer model or version of same; but, in such event, Sponsor will continue to use the value of the “old” [i.e., replaced] item/service for purposes of calculating the value of the prize won. One (1) Overall Prize consisting of a $599 Sony Style Gift Card. Odds of winning the Overall Prize are at least 1:11. "Gift Card" shall mean the Sony Style Gift Card. Gift Card subject to terms and conditions which may be reviewed at www.sonystyle.com (click on “Terms and Conditions” link at bottom of the page) and cannot be combined with any other offer. Gift Card is issued by Sony and has no expiration date. Gift Card must be activated prior to its initial use and presented at time of purchase. The value loaded on Gift Card is a pre-payment only for the purchase of Products and services from sonystyle.com, SonyStyle stores and Sony Factory Outlet stores. "Product" shall mean any item offered for sale or licensing on the sonystyle.com Web site or Sony's direct sales materials (ads, catalogs, specifications sheets etc.), including but not limited to hardware devices, software, accessories, configurations of hardware and software, CDs and DVDs, and documentation. No credit card, credit line, over draft protection or deposit account is associated with Gift Card. Gift Card may not be returned, redeemed or exchanged for cash, or used as payment on any Sony account except where required by law. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds deposited to Gift Card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Sony. The value associated with the Gift Card is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Gift Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen and Sony will not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions on the Gift Card. Total ARV of all Prizes $275,599.00. For the travel-related prizes or vehicle prizes, additional compensation will not be provided if value of a prize is less than the stated ARV. Prize conditions may be added or modified by companies providing those portions of a prize. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit/Release (described below) and/or prize travel documents. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor at its sole discretion may substitute a prize (or component of prize) of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability for any reason. Any depiction of prizes, in Sweepstakes materials or otherwise, is for illustrative purposes only. All expenses not specifically mentioned as being included (e.g., any required installation, requested upgrades/options) are excluded and are each winner’s sole responsibility. As applicable, prizes only come with standard Sony Electronics manufacturer’s warranty. Prizes will be shipped to street addresses in the 50 states of the U.S. and D.C. only.

5. Drawings. For each monthly sweepstakes, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries (eligible Rewards Entries received within the Online Entry Period and eligible Alternate Entries received by the Monthly Drawing Day) received for that monthly sweepstakes in a drawing to be held on or about the next business day following the end date of that particular monthly sweepstakes (“Monthly Drawing Day”). Nonwinning entrants who submitted Reward Entries for a particular monthly sweepstakes will have the Sony Rewards points that they used for that monthly sweepstakes returned on or about 2:00:00 p.m. on the Monthly Drawing Day for that monthly sweepstakes if not selected a winner. Nonwinning Sweepstakes Entries will NOT be retained for subsequent monthly sweepstakes. If you wish to participate in multiple monthly sweepstakes drawings, you must enter each such drawing separately in accordance with the entry procedure set forth in Section 3 above. For the overall sweepstakes, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all monthly sweepstakes winners in a drawing to be held on or about the January 2, 2009. All drawings will be conducted by Sweepstakes administrator, an independent judging organization.

6. Notification and Verification of Winners. In order to win a prize, you must complete the following verification process. To check if you are a winner (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules) for a particular monthly sweepstakes, login to the Web Site between 2:00:00 p.m. ET on the Monthly Drawing Day for that monthly sweepstakes and 1:59:59 p.m. on the immediately following Sunday. Upon successful login to the Web Site the promotion carousel at the bottom of your homepage will display a “Congratulations!” message if you are a winner. Click on the verification link and then follow the online instructions to claim/verify your prize. For example, for the March 2008 monthly sweepstakes, you would need to check if a “Congratulations!” message is displayed between 2:00:00 p.m. ET on March 17, 2008 and 1:59:59 p.m. ET on March 23, 2008. You MUST access the Web Site to confirm your winning status to win a prize. Upon completing the verification process, if your Username was posted as the winning Username for that monthly sweepstakes, you will be immediately notified online that you are a potential winner. If a potential winner does not complete the verification process as described above, he/she will forfeit any prize eligibility for that monthly sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes entrant is a potential winner, such potential winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will then be notified by phone within three (3) business days and required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”). Each potential winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) will be required to execute an Affidavit/Release, which must be signed, notarized, and returned along with any other documents or forms Sponsor may require within seven (7) business days of his/her receipt, or such winner may be disqualified. If a prize contains a travel guest element, guest (or his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) of such potential prize winner will be required to execute, have notarized, and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes administrator and/or Sponsor requires (“Guest Releases”) within seven (7) days after receipt by such potential winner. By returning a completed Affidavit/Release and, if applicable, Guest Release, such winner and guest, respectively, attest to the provisions stated therein including compliance with these Official Rules. Overall sweepstakes winner will be notified by mail within one (1) month of the drawing. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified.

7. Additional Terms and Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for Sony Rewards registrations / Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limits, or for Sony Rewards registrations / Sweepstakes Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, incomplete, mutilated, postage-due or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Sony Rewards registrations / Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified. If a winner is a minor under applicable law, then the prize may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be awarded in the name of, or to, that minor’s parent or legal guardian. Sweepstakes subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of suspension/modification/termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted at Web Site, and the affected drawing(s) will be conducted from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for such affected drawing(s) which were received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or prizes for such affected drawing(s) will be awarded via some other means determined by Sponsor (in its sole discretion) to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Any person attempting to forge or tamper with the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to the wheel) or otherwise defraud Sponsor will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and will be ineligible to win a prize. By participating, participants (if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from losses/injuries of any kind, including personal injury and/or death, resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance/possession, use/misuse of a prize by winners of prizes; or inability to use prize; cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of the prizes for the winners and his/her guests due to reasons beyond Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities; shipping delays of prize merchandise; item/service prize unavailability, human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Registration / Sweepstakes Entry Information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by the Sweepstakes or participant; interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, Web Site (including, but not limited to, the spin the wheel multiplier), or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Each participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible for any typographical or other error contained in the Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials (including but not limited to the wheel). IN NO EVENT WILL SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ANY PRIZE AWARDED HEREUNDER, YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WEB SITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEB SITE. Return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize and/or disqualification of winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including, but not limited to, income taxes) arising from Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of each winner. Each winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Sponsor/Sponsor’s representative, for the year in which he/she was officially declared a winner, in the amount of the total value of his/her prize(s) won. Unless provided otherwise by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at http://www.sonyrewards.com/en/footer/privacy_legal/, where permitted by law, participation and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Chase to use such winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, biographical information and address (city and state) for advertising/trade/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereinafter devised, in perpetuity, without further notice, permission or compensation, in connection with Sweepstakes, or the prize(s) awarded, and the advertising and marketing thereof. Additionally, by opting-in to specific offers from any of the Sweepstakes Entities, participant’s Registration Information will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service, and participant agrees to receive additional email communication from those companies. The privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the registration form. Opting in to specific offers does not improve one’s chances of winning. Participants also agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s representatives, which are final and binding in all respects, and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in these Official Rules or Sweepstakes materials. Submitted Sony Rewards registrations / Sweepstakes Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

8. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to (i) the Sweepstakes, (ii) the awarding or redemption of any prize and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or applicability of these Official Rules or their enforcement or interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. Entrant agrees that his/her claim will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Entrant further agrees that any claim/judgment/award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and, under no circumstances, will an entrant be entitled to awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Should any term of this Section be deemed void, unenforceable or contrary to law, such term shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring this Section within the requirements of law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms of these Official Rules, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall be given effect as if it had not included the severed term herein.

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
