My name is Heather C. I am 25 years old and I’m from Port Huron, Michigan. I joined the Wheel Watchers Club about five months ago. I watch Wheel every night. If I’m not able to watch, I record it and watch it later. My love for Wheel of Fortune began at a young age. My Grandmother was on your show in 1982, and did quite well. I remember watching the tape. She won each game that she played, but was never able to solve the Bonus Puzzle. I was so proud of her and wanted to be just like her even then.

As time went on, I would spend lots of nights with my Grandmother. She never missed an episode of Wheel of Fortune. However, if she did not watch it when it aired, she would always tape it. This way she could fast forward through the show once she solved the puzzle. Since I would watch with her, I had to become fast at puzzle solving myself, since she was quite good. It was always a healthy competition between us.

My Grandmother died in 1996 and left me her favorite prize from Wheel of Fortune, a grandfather clock. I have always wanted to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune, just like my Grandmother. I told her when I was 10 years old that I would be on the show someday and win the bonus round just for her! This is my dream and I have been watching the show as long as I can remember.
