Warranty Manager Service offers Sony Card and PlayStation® Card holders like you a number of highly beneficial features for many retail purchases, including Warranty Registration and Extended Warranty Protection when using your covered card to make a purchase. You have the option to buy an extended service agreement through the Visa Performance Guarantee that safeguards your most important purchases.
Extended Warranty Protection
This service doubles the original manufacturer's U.S. written repair warranty up to one additional year on eligible warranties of three years or less when the item is purchased entirely on your covered Visa card.

Warranty Registration
To register eligible retail products, just contact the Benefit Administrator to speak with a customer service representative at 1-800-874-7702. The representative will take down key information about the product and warranty coverage while assisting you with any questions you may have.
You can also file your claims online at www.visa.com/eclaims. This information is stored in a secure database and your warranty information is accessible to you at no charge 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Visa Performance Guarantee
Looking for coverage that goes well beyond basic? Purchase a low-cost Visa Performance Guarantee. This guarantee offers additional coverage at an affordable fee for up to five years from the date of purchase. Limitations and exclusions apply.
